I was an HDDVD holdout and finally got this player at a respectable price.
The build and feel of the player is solid.
The remote works fine for me (NOT SURE WHY EVERYONE COMPLAINS ABOUT AN EJECT BUTTON ON HERE AS YOU HAVE TO GET UP AND CHANGE OUT OR REMOVE THE DISC ANYWAY)
