bought the bdu 60 with a samsung 46 inch tv. hd 1880 120mh . I am glad I researched and read reviews. The combination of the 60 with the samsung and ultra high speed cables made for the the best picture i have seen on a big screen tv.
The bd 60 made old dvd's look like brand new movies (sharp and clear). The first movie I watched was the oldest dvd I have (vanishing point) blew my socks off. It was like living in my old car 38 years ago.
